Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Manager with mandarin to support and manage our growing network of partners and product portfolio. This role is ideal for a mid level professional who is highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of managing day-to-day partner relationships while supporting partnership expansion initiatives.
The Partnership Manager will play a key role in negotiating commercials, coordinating contracts, searching for new partnership opportunities, and ensuring smooth operational collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with partners, ensuring timely responses and smooth collaboration.
- Maintain and update the product portfolio, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, track contract status, and support execution with internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Technical, and Finance.
- Support ongoing optimization and expansion of the partners within the QTech network together with internal stakeholders.
- Re-negotiate and negotiate prices with new and existing suppliers.
- Source, find and be up to date with the latest product trends in the industry and how that would fit into QTech product/supplier strategy.
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, product coordination, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work.
- Commercial mindset with ability to evaluate partnership opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing partners/accounts.
- Experience coordinating contracts or working with legal/commercial teams.
- Experience in iGaming.
- Preferably, the native language is Mandarin, and the candidate should have a good level of English.
