Purpose
As Assets Integrity Manager, you oversee the integrity and reliability management within the company’s region operations. The purspose is to ensure safe and sustainable availability of the Assets Safety Barriers and the Production and Marine Systems.
This involves implementing and executing global strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, process safety, and enhancing the reliability, intergity and lifespan of the company’s assets.
You work closely with engineering and operations, leading efforts to minimize risk and operational downtime while optimizing performance across all company assets worldwide and providing feeback to the product line to improve the design, operability and maintainability of new builds."
Responsibilities
" >Asset Integrity and Reliability (AIR) Strategy:
You execute regional AIR management system to ensure sustainable longevity, availability, and safety of all company assets.
You provide feedback and input into longand short term AIR corporate strategy.
You ensure efficient and effective execution of corpporate strategy.
You ensure continuous improvement of the operating region fleet, implemention of lessons learned and management of change.
You monitor the status of your fleet and provide technical support for any emergency or events.
You stay informed about the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
>RISK Management:
You monitor real-time surveilance to track asset health, predict failures, and initiate timely actions.
You establish proactive risk mitigation strategies for the region to minimize the likelihood of equipment failures, corrosion, and leaks.
You establish recovery strategies for the region to minimize consequences in case of failure events covering but not limited to spares, competent workforce and service agreements.
You lead and provide direction for regional AIR threats and vulnarabilities.
>Initiatives and projects:
You endorse and sponsor inititiatves to develop new, leaner and smarter AIR strategies.
You promote the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies such as predictive maintenance, and advanced data analytics.
You oversee and sponsor regional AIR-related projects.
> Leadership, Team Management and Stakeholders:
You lead and develop a regional community of AIR engineers and subject matter experts.
You promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the region.
You collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Finance, HR and HSSE, to align asset integrity initiatives with overall business objectives.
You serve as the company’s representative in AIR-related discussions with clients, regulatory bodies, partners, and key stakeholders."
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related field). A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Experience
"Minimum of 12 years of experience in asset integrity management within the oil and gas industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, global asset integrity programs.
Proven expertise in technical operations, process optimization, and team leadership.
Extensive knowledge of integrity management systems, inspection methodologies, and risk-based maintenance strategies."
