As a QA Manager, you are the spider in the web making sure all parts of the game work as intended. You will lead the QA team and work closely with other disciplines to quality assure that gameplay systems and features are consistent with project design goals.### What you will do
- Build and lead the project QA Team.
- Ensure that defects are correctly captured, reviewed, severity assessed, triaged and assign bugs to correct departments.
- Report to COO and track overall status of the build quality.
- Responsible for defining and continuously improve upon the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes. Train the team on those.
- Lead project wide software reviews of the production output.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of releases.
- Develop, maintain, and operationalize test plans.
- Lead testing of the day to day health of builds.
Who you are
- Experience in gameplay development on a shipped AAA title.
- Experience in running QA in a Live Service environment.
- Strong understanding of game quality assurance within software development.
- Experience working with game engines (Unreal, Unity or similar).
- Experience developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data etc.
- Experience in testing, automation, performance and load and security testing.
- Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke).
- Working with online shooters is a plus.
- Experience testing an online game application including dedicated servers, backend, store, match-making, join-flows, friends-systems etc.
- Experience in building and managing a QA team.
Salary range Starting from 40,000 SEK per month, rising to 60,000 with experience, plus bi-annual bonus, and perks.### About TTK Games AB
