Responsibilities
Automation Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath
RPA Solutions
Build scalable RPA solutions and bots aligned with business requirements
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes
Automation Maintenance
Maintain and enhance automations to ensure stability and performance
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Production Support
Monitor bot performance and support production operations, including CI/CD processes
System Integration
Integrate automations with other systems using APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Documentation
Create and maintain technical and process documentation, including SDDs and technical designs
Governance & Standards
Follow development standards, governance processes, and RPA best practices
Agile Delivery
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement of automation solutions
Requirements
RPA Experience
2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath
UiPath Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Insight
Programming Skills
Experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar programming languages
API & Database Skills
Good knowledge of API integrations, SQL, and database technologies
Automation Lifecycle
Experience with workflow automation, debugging, testing, and deployment
SDLC Knowledge
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles and practices
Elastic Robots
Understanding of the Elastic Robots concept and its application in RPA
UiPath AI/ML
Familiarity with latest UiPath features, particularly AI and machine learning capabilities
Agile Experience
Experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Certification
UiPath Developer Associate, Professional, or equivalent certification is required
