Make every guest’s visit unforgettable – from warm welcomes to guiding them through our exciting menu. Work side by side with our restaurant manager and shift leaders, bring the energy, and deliver heartfelt service in a high-volume, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
• Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented before and during service
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and respond to requests quickly
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service during busy periods
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash/card procedures
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
• Represent Seven North Vienna with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

Ideally, you bring the following with you:

• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude
• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Enjoyment of informal, personal restaurant settings while maintaining professionalism
• Strong relationship-building skills with guests and colleagues
• Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
• Comfort working in a multi-lingual, multicultural environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Gross monthly salary: EUR 2088€ based on 40 hours (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).
