Group Lead Siting Methods & Tools (m/f/d)

As part of our growth we are looking for a Group Lead Siting Methods & Tools. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers for site assessment tooling (technical and disciplinary leadership)
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments for the team
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
• Drive agile development practices (Scrum) and continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs, product performance, and team productivity
• Strong background in software development (e.g., C#, Python, Angular or similar)
• Solid understanding of system architecture and modern development practices
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team

YOUR PROFILE:

• MSc or higher in (Software) Engineering, Computer Sciences
• Product Owner Training or comparable
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced English level (C1 or above). Spanish or German will be a plus
