Project
A project focused on technical engineering for Level 3 production support, operating across infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, middleware) and application deployment in production environments. It involves coordinating technical entities, implementing technical architecture solutions, preparing transitions to production, supporting business project managers, and contributing to the adoption of new methodologies such as DevOps, Agility, and Move2Cloud. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to operate in an international context.
Role
Technical Engineer – Production Support (Level 3)
- Support production activities across infrastructure bases and application deployment.
- Work closely with transversal technical entities within APS.
- Contribute to business projects by implementing technical architecture solutions and preparing production transition.
- Coordinate technical teams and maintain client relationships with BP2S Business and IT.
- Support the deployment of new working tools and methods (DevOps, Agility, Move2Cloud).
- Provide technical expertise (Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, Kubernetes) for high‑level technical actions.
- Ensure cloud integration within project scopes.
- Integrate obsolescence, cost, decommissioning, and resilience topics into project scopes.
- Steer project contributors and manage project budgets (Mendays).
- Ensure project reporting to APS/ADM Management.
- Implement project governance (Validation Committees, Monitoring Committees, Steering Committees).
- Ensure autonomy of RUN THE BANK and Application Support teams.
- Identify synergies and optimizations with colleagues.
- Execute operations outside business hours and weekends when required.
- Define and validate SLAs and KPIs for production support.
- Work in alignment with FINOPS, Decommissioning Management, and Obsolescence functions to ensure compliance with security and financial requirements.
- Ensure end‑to‑end responsibility for IT project objectives, aligned with strategic priorities and governance.
- Coordinate all contributors and act as the main point of contact for the IT project.
- Apply IT project governance correctly within the project context.
- Anticipate, plan, and execute projects end‑to‑end within time, resource, and budget constraints.
- Define and apply project methodologies.
- Anticipate and manage project risks.
- Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
We are looking for
- Monitoring & observability skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace**.**
- DevOps stack & CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience.
- Knowledge of legacy tools: WebSphere, Autosys, CFT**.**
- Strong understanding of IT processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work in international environments (English required).
- Ability to collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Ability to support change and understand functional requests.
- Creativity, innovation, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and rigor.
