Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it's the "Netflix" of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin, it has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide. The top countries are the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow-Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

This is not a normal dev job

We are a small team. You work close with the founder. No big layers. No ticket factory. If you like ownership, speed and real impact, you will feel at home here.

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for “just a developer”. We want someone who thinks like an architect. You care about structure, you move fast, and you use AI (default). You want to build things that go live quickly and matter immediately.

What you will actually do

• Build new product features
• Improve and rebuild parts of our current architecture
• Bring version control and structure into fragile areas
• Help decide what gets built and how

Our current reality

Our system is powerful and grew fast.

Now we want to take it to the next level.

We combine a core platform with custom frontend layers, serverless backend services and multiple integrations.

Yes, some areas need stronger architecture.

But more importantly, we want to build new things.

Launch fast.

Test with real users.

Improve. Iterate.

This is not a maintenance job.

It is a building job.
