We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent / Tour Desk Operator

Location: Curaçao

What you’ll do

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, WhatsApp and via email.
• Provide detailed information about tours, private charters and rental services.\
• Book tours and activities, handle reservations, and process payments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with tour operators and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available packages.
• Keep the tour desk area organized and presentable.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu are a plus!)
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
• Basic computer and booking system skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with tour operators and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available packages. Keep the tour desk area organized and presentable.
• Valid drivers license is required
• Available approx. 40 hours per week
