Senior DSP / ML Engineer – Sensor Algorithms

We are looking for a Senior DSP / ML Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence, align and bring people along. This is a hands-on role where you will develop advanced algorithms for sensor data processing and sensor fusion, while also taking an important technical leadership role within the team. You will challenge existing approaches, introduce new ideas and help turn them into solutions the team believes in and can take forward.

Assignment Description

• Develop and prototype advanced DSP and sensor algorithms.
• Work with sensor data processing and sensor fusion.
• Develop primarily in MATLAB and Python.
• Take algorithms from concept and prototype through to production.
• Optimize for accuracy, robustness, power consumption and false-positive performance.
• Challenge existing approaches and identify better technical solutions.
• Drive technical topics independently and create momentum.
• Build alignment around new ideas and help the team move in a shared technical direction.

Requirements

• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
• Solid experience with sensor data processing and sensor fusion.
• Extensive experience in algorithm development using MATLAB and Python.
• Proven experience taking algorithms from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of algorithm optimization and real-world constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and bring people together around new approaches.

Desired Skills

• Machine Learning applied to sensor or signal data.
• Embedded ML / TinyML / Edge ML.
• Experience developing ML solutions for resource-constrained devices.
