What tasks await you?

• Planning, engineering and coordination in terms of platform expansions, presales- and change requests
• Create business cases together with T-Wholesale
• Project management for new demands and features of the RPG platform
• Ensure lifecycle management for RPG infrastructure (servers and switches) and RPG services
• Firmware upgrades
• Documentation of hardware and connectivity in the SWITCH inventory
• Configuration of servers (hardware and OS) and switches
• Capacity management
• PSA tasks
• Support operational processes and tasks
• Service and alarm monitoring
• Incident-, problem-, change management provider review meetings
• Create Budget approval requests in OSS, BSS
• Support commercial processes (IPF, FC4)
• Development of new solutions and data transfer between different systems using APIs
• Analyse dashboards / create new dashboards in BigData environments (ELK) What skills will be appreciated?

• 3G, LTE, 5G mobile networks: architecture and signaling procedures in the context of international roaming
• Signaling procedures in mobile networks (basic knowledge)
• RADIUS, Diameter protocol
• Voice over LTE and IMS in roaming scenarios (basic knowledge)
• Cloud Computing
• Virtualization technologies (virtual machines and container based solutions)
• Networking in cloud environments
• Knowledge with Linux /UNIX
• Experience with process automation and usage of LLM
• IOT - Internet of things (automotive use case)
• Protocols (MQTT) Use cases
• Experience with operational tasks - focus on 2nd level support (incident management and troubleshooting)
• Software development
• Routing, Switching, Firewall concepts (Basic level)
• BGP and routing protocols (Basic level)
