By running trainings and cross-departmental programs, you will champion a proactive quality culture across the Fab. If you are a detail-oriented professional with initial QA experience looking to make a lasting impact on Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem, we want you on our team! Job Responsibilities 1. System Ownership: Administer and maintain the site-wide Document Control System (DCS) to guarantee database integrity, document effectiveness, and smooth annual document review processes. 2. Audit Management: Independently plan, execute, and follow up on internal quality audits, customer audits, and third-party quality system certifications. 3. Continuous Improvement: Track and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audits and quality reviews. 4. Promote Quality Culture: Collaborate with the Fab engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and host quality-related training sessions, workshops, and symposiums. 5. HQ Collaboration: Leverage resources, documentation standards, and best practices from our headquarters to build a reliable local quality framework. 6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all document management and quality processes comply with German/European regulations, customer requirements, and standard quality frameworks. Job Qualifications Must-Have:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Quality & Reliability, or a related technical field. 2. Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the semiconductor, automotive, or highly regulated electronics manufacturing industries with a focus on Quality Systems (QS) or Quality Assurance (QA). 3. Methodology & Tools: Solid familiarity with standard Quality Control tools, 8D problem-solving methodologies, and core automotive quality tools (such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP). 4. Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily international collaboration. 5. Working Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
1. Initial experience or certified qualification as an auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3). 2. Basic programming/querying skills in SQL (Structured Query Language) for quality data extraction. 3. Familiarity with the local German business ecosystem and manufacturing regulations. 4. Basic conversational skills in German and/or Mandarin.
Why Join ESMC?
