Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- automating IT operations and infrastructure,
- designing and maintaining automation tools,
- automating provisioning, configuration, monitoring and deployment,
- optimizing IT processes and workflows,
- developing scripts for automation and system integration,
- managing infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform and VMware Aria Automation,
- implementing IT and security best practices,
- supporting change management processes,
- providing 2nd line support and coordinating with 3rd line teams,
- maintaining technical documentation,
- collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- experience with Python, PowerShell or Bash,
- experience with Ansible, Terraform or VMware Aria Automation,
- knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms,
- knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux,
- understanding of ITIL and IT change management,
- experience with ticketing systems,
- strong organizational and prioritization skills,
- proactive and self-motivated mindset,
- strong teamwork and user orientation,
- good communication skills,
- adaptability to rapidly changing technologies,
- english at B2/C1 level.
