Purpose of Role
nShift is a forward-thinking SaaS technology company specialising in delivery management software for ecommerce, retail and manufacturing. We are dedicated to innovation and excellence and are looking for a Head of Regional Marketing to lead growth across the Nordics on a fixed-term maternity cover basis (one-year contract).
This is an experienced, commercially focused role responsible for driving new ARR growth through marketing-generated pipeline, accelerating customer expansion and strengthening nShift’s market presence.
You will work in close alignment with regional sales and partner stakeholders and collaborate across marketing disciplines to translate company strategy into high-performing regional programmes that deliver measurable revenue impact.
What you'll be doing
- Lead regional demand generation to drive marketing-generated leads, pipeline and new ARR growth, alongside customer expansion.
- Activate a strong mix of channels including events, webinars, local email campaigns, content localization, PR and digital campaigns to support regional growth priorities.
- Act as the primary marketing lead for regional sales and partner stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment on go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
- Co-create regional plans that support both direct and partner-influenced growth.
- Own the regional events strategy, from flagship field events to executive roundtables and partner-led activation ensuring clear pipeline and expansion impact.
- Take accountability for funnel progression of marketing-generated leads, ensuring effective follow-through from first touch to opportunity and close.
- Build and scale regional customer advocacy, including customer stories, case studies and speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams across growth, website, brand and creative, social media and product marketing to ensure regional needs shape priorities and execution.
- Bring regional market insight into company planning, helping shape messaging, campaigns and go-to-market strategy.
About you
As Head of Regional Marketing – Nordics at nShift, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining momentum and shaping how the business grows across the Nordic markets during this maternity cover period. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing strong commercial acumen and a passion for building market impact through aligned, high-performing teams.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed organisation and thrive on turning regional insight into tangible revenue results.
What you will bring
- Proven experience leading regional or field marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong track record in demand generation, events and customer marketing, with evidence of driving marketing-sourced pipeline, new ARR and expansion.
- Experience working closely with sales and partner stakeholders in a revenue-focused environment.
- Deep understanding of funnel performance and the end-to-end lead lifecycle.
- Ability to translate company strategy into locally relevant, high-impact execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across functions and geographies.
- Comfortable working across enterprise and mid-market segments.
