Senior QAQC Manager (Electrical) - The Netherlands

We are looking for a well-experienced QAQC Manager to lead our Quality Teams across our construction sites in the Netherlands. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices, this position will play a major role in the safe and successful delivery of our projects in the region.

The Opportunity

Based on our Dutch sites, our new QAQC Manager will lead a team of Quality professionals across our electrical packages of work in the Netherlands. This role will report to our Head of QAQC and will require a self-starter who can work autonomously without close supervision.

Some of the Key Tasks

• Ensure compliance with our Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures.
• Create and implement Inspection Test Plans.
• Ensure our projects align with engineering standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Generate monthly reports to senior management.
• Conduct kick-off meetings with subcontractors.
• Attend relevant project, client and construction management team meetings.
• Support the recruitment of quality personnel.
• Perform internal audits of STS projects, offices and departments.
• Manage and attend external audits.
• Conduct internal audits of STS sub-contractors.
• Ensure adherence to strict health, safety, and operational procedures

Key Qualifications Required

• 5+ Years in a QAQC leadership role
• A trade and/or engineering qualification
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Awareness of business management principles.
• A self-starter, a leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
