THE TEAM

You will be part of the Reservations team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and other operational departments.

This role plays a key part in shaping the guest journey from the very first interaction, ensuring each reservation reflects Rosewood's commitment to personalized service, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions by providing professional, personalized, and efficient reservation services. You will play an important role in maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring each guest receives accurate information and a seamless booking experience.

Through your attention to detail, product knowledge, and passion for hospitality, you will curate the extraordinary by helping guests plan memorable stays that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide detailed information regarding accommodation, dining, spa experiences, and resort facilities
• Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately within the property management system
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling resort experiences and services
• Maintain a thorough understanding of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and availability
• Ensure all guest preferences, requests, and special arrangements are accurately recorded and communicated
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor booking patterns and support inventory management in line with established procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, efficiency, and a guest-centric approach
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure data integrity within all systems
• Support the achievement of departmental goals, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction objectives
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards and service excellence throughout every guest interaction

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a similar guest service role, ideally within luxury hospitality
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
• You have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• You are comfortable working with reservation and property management systems
• You demonstrate a commercial awareness and an ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• You enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional guest experiences
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
• You are flexible and committed to delivering the highest standards of service
