As a Cleanroom Technician, you play a critical role in the assembly, testing, and handling of high-tech products in a controlled cleanroom environment. You ensure that processes meet strict quality and contamination standards, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of advanced systems.
- Assemble, test, and inspect high-tech components and systems in a cleanroom environment
- Follow strict cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures
- Work with precision tools, equipment, and technical instructions
- Perform quality checks and document results accurately
- Identify deviations and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards
What we expect from you
- MBO/HBO degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech production environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work according to strict procedures and protocols
- Hands-on, accurate, and disciplined working style
- Team player with good communication skills
