We are looking for an experienced Interim Quality Engineer to support a well-established food production company in the Kumla area (Örebro) of Sweden.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in food quality management, understands production-related quality processes, and can quickly take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

️ Support and maintain quality management processes within food production.

️ Work with HACCP principles and food safety procedures.

️ Contribute to quality-related projects and process improvements.

️ Support the transition and handover of quality responsibilities.

️ Collaborate closely with production teams and other stakeholders.

️ Ensure quality procedures are followed, and relevant documentation is maintained.

️ Quickly understand existing processes and independently manage assigned tasks.

Academic qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

Practical experience with HACCP and food safety management.

Experience working on projects.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Understanding of quality processes in a production environment.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
