ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Finance team with day-to-day financial and administrative activities across KH properties, brands, and corporate operations.
• Assist with financial reporting, data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, expense reports, and other financial information.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial trends, costs, and industry benchmarks to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information and adherence to company procedures.
• Assist with monitoring expenses, tracking payments, and supporting the review of financial transactions and documentation.
• Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives, including process improvement and digital transformation projects that enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and financial analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an ambassador of KH’s culture, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn from experienced Finance professionals.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work across several projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial or accounting software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
• Curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn about finance within an international hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
