Customer Experience (CX)

You are passionate about enabling digital experiences that combine customer value, technical excellence and rapid adaptability. You understand how platforms, engineering practices and product development influence the overall customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Backstage Development

You see Backstage as much more than a developer portal.

You want to create a central platform where engineering teams can discover, document, provision and manage services through self-service experiences. Through platform development, integrations and custom plugins, you help improve Developer Experience and accelerate software delivery across the organization.

Software Supply Chain

You are driven by strengthening the integrity, traceability and security of software delivery. By combining automation, governance and modern engineering practices, you contribute to building a software supply chain that is secure, scalable and designed for continuous delivery.

CI/CD and DevOps

You thrive on improving the flow from idea to production.

Through automation, modern delivery practices and platform engineering, you help reduce lead times, increase deployment confidence and create faster feedback loops for development teams.

Developer Workbench and Developer Platforms

You want to make developers more effective.

By building self-service capabilities, engineering platforms, integrated development environments and intelligent tooling, you create a developer experience that enables productivity, consistency and innovation at scale.

Test Automation and Quality Engineering

You see quality as an integral part of the development process.

You work with automated verification, quality engineering, observability and continuous feedback mechanisms that enable teams to identify issues earlier and improve product quality continuously.

Systems Engineering

You enjoy working in technically complex environments where systems thinking matters. You contribute to architecture, integration, reliability, performance and scalability, ensuring that technology ecosystems function effectively across products, platforms and organizational boundaries.

Agentic Coding and AI Engineering

You are excited about how AI is transforming software engineering.

You explore and implement AI agents, generative AI and AI-assisted development capabilities that improve productivity, automate engineering workflows and redefine how software is designed, developed, tested and maintained.

Embedded Engineering

You are passionate about building software for embedded systems and connected products. Whether it is low-level development, operating systems, communication protocols, or application functionality, you enjoy solving technical challenges close to the hardware.

You know what it takes and have the interest to accelerate the development of an embedded products at scale.

• Modernising software delivery through automated CI/CD ecosystems.
• Developing secure and scalable Software Supply Chain capabilities.
• Improving engineering productivity through Developer Workbench concepts and platform services.
• Scaling test automation and quality engineering across large development organisations.
• Building cloud-native platform capabilities designed for resilience and scale.
• Creating observability, telemetry and engineering intelligence capabilities that support continuous improvement.
• Defining future engineering standards, architecture principles and software delivery patterns.

Your profile

You likely bring several years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, systems development, DevOps, automation, testing, infrastructure, cloud technologies or related disciplines.

You are motivated by:

You are comfortable navigating between technical depth and systems-level thinking, and you enjoy working in environments where technology is recognised as a strategic differentiator.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
