Field Engineer – IT Support & Installation | Netherlands
We are looking for reliable and experienced Field Engineers / IT Technicians across the Netherlands to support various on-site IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site IT hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Carry out IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Install, configure, and test IT equipment.
- Follow the provided Scope of Work (SOW) and complete assigned tasks professionally.
- Take clear before-and-after photos and provide job completion reports.
- Communicate with the remote project team and provide regular updates.
- Work professionally with customers and site contacts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Field Engineer / Field Technician.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Own laptop and basic IT tools where required.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned location.
- Flexible availability for upcoming projects.
