This role will establish the organization as the recognized technical manufacturing authority for the Implant Operating Company.
- Capital, Supplier & Portfolio Governance: Build business cases, prioritize strategic initiatives, manage capital requests, establish project milestones and budgets, and ensure execution of high-impact engineering programs across sites. Manage external automation partners, machine builders, and equipment suppliers while maintaining internal technical ownership of design intent, acceptance criteria, and performance outcomes.
