THE TEAM

The Purchasing team focuses on ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services required to support hotel operations. The team contributes to cost management, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and operational excellence while collaborating closely with Finance, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, and other operational departments. This role reports directly to the Purchasing Supervisor.

YOUR ROLE

The Store & Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in supporting the operational and financial success of Rosewood Schloss Fuschl by ensuring all goods received, stored, and distributed meet approved quality, purchasing, and inventory standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately document all goods delivered to the hotel.
• Maintain clean, secure and organised storerooms while ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Monitor inventory levels and accurately record stock movements.
• Support inventory counts, stocktakes, reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records while supporting compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments and suppliers to ensure efficient operations.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in receiving, warehousing, inventory control, logistics or hospitality operations.
• You have a driver's license and preferably a trailer license (BE)
• You possess a strong understanding of inventory and stock control practices.
• You are comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• You demonstrate strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate well across departments.
• You are organised, reliable and able to prioritise workload effectively.
