About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Manager to manage daily operations and ensure that business processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Improve processes and workflows
- Monitor performance, costs, and KPIs
- Identify operational issues and find effective solutions
- Support and coordinate employees
- Prepare regular reports and updates
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, management, or a similar position
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- English language skills; Polish is a plus
