The Opportunity
Hyatt is looking for an Associate Manager, CRM , Digital Campaigns & Projects to join the Digital & Direct Channel team in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, working under a hybrid model.
In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Hyatt’s direct channels through the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and digital campaigns, as well as the coordination of projects related to the digital and web experience. You will work with regional and global teams, hotels, agencies, and external partners to drive customer and World of Hyatt member acquisition, conversion, engagement, loyalty, and retention.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, Digital & Direct Channels South EAME, the Associate Manager, CRM , Digital Campaigns & Projects will be responsible for coordinating the strategy, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives, digital campaigns, and projects related to the web and digital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate campaigns, tactics, and touchpoints aimed at Hyatt guests and World of Hyatt members, using segmentation, personalization, and data analysis to improve engagement, conversion, and direct bookings.
- Manage the relationship calendar and ensure the proper alignment of campaigns with commercial, regional, global, and hotel priorities.
- Lead the execution and optimization of CRM and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with direct-channel performance objectives.
- Coordinate promotions and activations across the digital ecosystem, managing timelines, content, assets, and messaging across different touchpoints.
- Act as a liaison between Digital Marketing, Web, Contact Center, Revenue Management, Operations, eDistribution, and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate digital projects from end to end, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor performance, define and track CRM KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve CRM initiatives and the digital customer experience.
- Ensure CRM processes comply with GDPR and best practices in data governance and data quality.
- Coordinate relationships with CRM and digital agencies across South EAME and the wider EAME region, ensuring consistency in strategy, reporting, execution, and best-practice adoption.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM, digital marketing, digital campaigns, or a closely related field.
- Experience planning, executing, and analyzing digital and CRM campaigns.
- Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with external agencies, preferably in regional or international environments.
- Knowledge of marketing, digital analytics, CRM, personalization, content, ecommerce, and cloud-based technology platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, metasearch, display/programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, combining creativity with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with multiple priorities.
- High level of English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with Hyatt and Hyatt systems will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
