Customer Service Representative

Tradelines Roofing is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and help ensure they receive clear, timely, and professional support. This position involves answering questions, handling customer requests, coordinating information with the team, and following up to make sure each customer receives the assistance they need.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and service inquiries
• Provide clear information about services and appointment details
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments when needed
• Follow up on requests and keep customers informed of updates
• Record customer information and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members
• Help resolve routine concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary

The ideal candidate is approachable, patient, and confident when communicating with customers. Strong organization and listening skills are important, along with the ability to manage several requests without losing attention to detail. Previous customer service experience is helpful, but motivated candidates with a professional attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Sueldo: 15,65€-18,88€ la hora
