About the role
The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing the quality relationship with one of Prodrive Technologies' strategic customers. Acting as the central point of contact for all quality-related topics, you ensure seamless alignment between customer expectations, product performance, and internal quality improvement efforts. By fostering strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional collaboration, you help drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities are:
- Act as the primary quality interface for customer-wide topics such as quality agreements, audits, performance reviews, and improvement programs.
- Represent Quality within the Customer Account Team and support strategic customer relationship management.
- Coordinate, inform & guide the Quality Engineers who are responsible for individual product lines.
- Create and maintain a holistic view of customer quality performance, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and drive customer-specific quality improvement plans in collaboration with product teams and operations.
- Translate customer feedback, quality metrics, and scorecards into actionable priorities for engineering, operations, and product teams. What we offer

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing quality performance for large High Tech clients
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including performance reviews, escalations, and quality negotiations.
- Ability to distinguish strategic priorities from operational details and maintain focus under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create concise management summaries and executive-level reporting.
- Comfortable leading complex technical discussions and driving decision-making across multiple disciplines.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is considered as a strong advantage.
