What you'll do
- Process collateral management tasks: margin calls, dispute management, collateral and interest settlement
- Monitor end to end workflow for collateral management operations to guarantee it’s compliant with regulatory requirements and clearing house rules
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Operations, Front Office, Risk and IT
- Participate in the negotiation of legal master agreements (GMSLA, GMRA, ISDA, CTA)
- Analyze new products and activities and give your opinion on new funding trades from a Collateral and Treasury perspective: eligibility, availability, efficiency, cost and operational processes
- Optimize collateral allocation under the constraints of credit exposure and liquidity ratios
- Challenge the status-quo and strive for process improvements; work on group projects to design and implement new tools
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience or theoretical knowledge of some collateral activities: OTC, listed, regulatory, cash / non-cash, bilateral / triparty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain productive, collaborative business relationships with both internal and external parties
- Fluent in English

- Coding skills a plus (Python)
