Sales Associate 85% – MM Sports Copenhagen

MM Sports is one of the leading companies in the Nordics within sports nutrition, training apparel, equipment and accessories. We offer a wide range of high-quality products designed to help our customers take their training to the next level.

On April 10, we opened our first Danish store at Fisketorvet in Copenhagen. We are now looking for a new Sales Associate to join our team in an 85% position, starting September 28, or as agreed.

MM Sports is part of the same group as Bodylab – Denmark’s leading sports nutrition brand. Together, we have a strong foundation in quality, product development and long-term growth.

Your role

As a Sales Associate at MM Sports, your main responsibility is to create a great customer experience through professional advice, strong product knowledge and excellent service.

Your key tasks will include:

• Sales, customer service and product guidance
• Product replenishment and in-store merchandising
• Handling returns, complaints and product tastings
• Ordering and inventory management
• Keeping the store inspiring, well-organised and ready for our customers
• Contributing to the store’s sales targets and overall performance

Who we are looking for

You enjoy sales and customer interaction and have a genuine interest in training, nutrition and an active lifestyle.

You take responsibility, learn quickly and enjoy working as part of a team. You bring positive energy, take initiative and are comfortable working in an environment where the pace can be high.

Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are more important than a long CV.

Desired qualifications

Experience in retail or sales is an advantage

Interest and knowledge in training and sports nutrition

Service-minded and comfortable working with customers

Responsible, flexible and solution-oriented

Location & employment details

Location: MM Sports, Fisketorvet Mall, Copenhagen

Employment: 85% position

Employment terms: Permanent employment in accordance with Danish employment legislation

Start date: September 28, 2026

Working hours: Shift-based schedule including weekdays, evenings and every other weekend. Store opening hours are approximately 10:00–20:00, with both opening and closing shifts.
