SAP System Process Manager GTS - (m/f/d / All Genders Welcome)

Your Role
As our SAP System Process Manager GTS, you will:
SAP GTS System & Process Support
- Support, maintain, and continuously enhance SAP GTS, including SAP Fiori applications, interfaces, and related business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and process improvements
- Configure and optimize SAP GTS functionalities to support export control, customs, trade compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Support that SAP GTS is becoming the global standard platform for export control, customs, and trade compliance
System Integration & Interfaces
- Support and maintain interfaces between SAP GTS and SAP ERP (ECC), as well as other connected systems
- Ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems
Consulting & Solution Design
- Act as in-house IT functional consultant for SAP GTS
- Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions for GTS process rollouts
- Analyse “as-is” processes and develop “to-be” target concepts
Testing & Change Management
- Design test concepts and ensure proper execution
- Ensure compliance with change management procedures
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Conduct training sessions and briefings for regional specialists and SAP super user
- Support user adoption and knowledge sharing
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage SAP-related projects
- Participating in digitization and automation initiatives and IT projects
Support & Operations
- Provide 3rd level support to analyse and resolve system issues
- Ensure stable operation of SAP GTS
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
Professional and Technical Expertise
- Several years of project implementation or consulting experience with the focus on customs and foreign trade processing as well as the associated SAP solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in international trade and compliance
- Expert knowledge of SAP GTS customizing and configuration
- Depth knowledge of customs, export control, and preferential trade regulations
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ERP (ECC)
- Basic knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for SAP GTS
- Experience with mass data upload and migration tools (e.g., LSMW or comparable solutions)
- Deep knowledge in SAP mass data imports (lsmw…)
- Experience in SAP SD and MM
- Basic knowledge in SAP ABAP coding (debugging…)
- First experience with interface technologies (e.g., IDocs, RFCs) is an advantage
- Experience with incident, change, and release management (SAP Solution Manager)
Skills
- Fluent English required
- Excellent skills at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and enjoys collaborative problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented way of working
- Receptive to change and continuous improvement
- Strong focus on processes, compliance standard and legal requirements
