Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Process designing and optimization;
• Process measuring and monitoring (definition of critical success factor, key performance indicators etc..);
• Knowledge of ISO9000 family and its application in the organization.

Desirable:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Workflow automation tools such as SharePoint Designer;
• Customizing Sharepoint sites, pages and layouts and forms including third party forms designer tools (i.e. Infopath);
• Knowledge of language coding (i.e. Python, React, etc..).

Duties/role:

• Supporting the establishment of the NCIA Process Framework across NCIA;
• Coordinating process review and optimization sessions across NCIA;
• Creating and maintaining dashboards for process performance management.
