After Sales Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that every return, replacement, delivery, and internal logistics process is handled efficiently and professionally. Acting as the link between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, you'll keep everything moving smoothly while helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

After-Sales & RMA Coordination

• Receive and organize RMA and after-sales requests from B2B customers
• Collect required information and coordinate RMA cases with manufacturers
• Track RMA progress and keep customers informed of status updates
• Support the management of after-sales spare parts inventory
• Maintain accurate records of RMA cases, timelines, and outcomes

Sample & Internal Inventory Management

• Maintain an overview and inventory list of office samples
• Coordinate sample borrowing, returns, transfers, and write-offs
• Perform regular checks to ensure inventory accuracy
• Support internal teams (e.g. sales or marketing) with sample availability

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations, after-sales support, logistics coordination, or a similar role
• Clear and professional communication skills in English (Big advantage Chinese and/or Dutch)
• Comfortable working with multiple external and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A structured, process-oriented working style
