What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to join the Maintenance team at our facility in Milagro (Navarra).

What will your responsibilities be?

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Establish a detailed plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Schedule intervention times to avoid disrupting logistics operations.
• Manage KPIs.
• Manage QHSSE-related documentation.
• Ensure the necessary resources are available.
• Monitor the availability of materials and spare parts to prevent repair delays.
• Manage inventory.
• Prepare periodic reports on equipment status, incidents, and department costs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comply with Lineage’s policies and standards.

What are the requirements?

• Higher-level technical vocational training (FP) or Engineering degree.
• Proactive approach to teamwork.
• Leadership and initiative.
• Proficiency in Office software and CAD.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Experience in team management a plus.
• Language skills a plus.
