• AI Product Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI products and solutions across multiple teams, ensuring successful execution from planning through production.
• MLOps & Release Management
  • Establish and govern CI/CD processes for AI, MLOps, and GenAI workloads, enabling controlled, efficient, and repeatable releases.
• Production Readiness
  • Drive production readiness activities, ensuring reliable deployment, operational stability, and continuous availability of AI solutions.
• Scalability & Performance Optimization
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving scalability, performance, and efficiency across AI platforms, services, and production workloads.
• Monitoring & Operational Excellence
  • Implement monitoring processes and operational practices to identify issues, improve reliability, and support continuous service improvement.
• Delivery Metrics & Value Tracking
  • Define and track delivery KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes to measure performance and value realization.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Risk & Governance Management
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, release planning, and governance activities across enterprise AI initiatives.
• AI Governance & Standards
  • Drive AI governance, operational excellence, and adherence to consistent delivery processes, standards, and best practices. Requirements

• AI Delivery Experience
  • Proven experience in AI delivery, AI program management, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives across complex environments.
• MLOps & LLMOps Expertise
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and the operational requirements of production AI environments.
• CI/CD & Release Management
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and release management for AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Production Operations
  • Experience managing production AI environments with focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability.
• AI Governance
  • Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, operational controls, and enterprise delivery standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Experience coordinating international teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business functions.
• Risk & Dependency Management
  • Strong experience managing delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, release planning, and execution challenges.
• AI Product Operationalization
  • Experience transitioning AI solutions from proof-of-concept and pilot stages into production-ready services.
• Analytical & Stakeholder Skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities in complex delivery environments.
• Metrics & Business Value Management
