We are seeking skilled and motivated Marine Engineers to join our modern fleet of Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers operating on projects worldwide.

As a Marine Engineer, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our vessels’ machinery and technical systems. Working in ports, coastal waters, and demanding maritime environments, you will contribute to delivering complex dredging projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer, at least up to 3,000 kW
• Possess all required and valid STCW certifications
• Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, corresponding to a minimum B2 level (CEFR)
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and sound decision-making abilities
• Are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high safety and environmental standards
• Are capable of working independently while contributing positively to a multicultural team environment
• Thrive in a dynamic operational setting with varied technical challenges and responsibilities
• Are willing and prepared to take part in all required onboard operations, including machinery operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting deck and dredging operations as operational needs require

It Will Be Considered an Advantage If You Have

• Previous experience on dredgers, offshore support vessels, construction vessels, or other specialized vessels
• Experience with dredging equipment, hydraulic systems, diesel-electric propulsion, or DP-operated vessels
• Experience in marine engineering, offshore construction, marine operations, or heavy industrial environments
• Experience working with international and multicultural crews
• Familiarity with modern vessel automation, power management, propulsion, and machinery control systems
• Experience with planned maintenance systems and technical vessel management software
• Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of main engines, auxiliary engines, pumps, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other critical onboard equipment
