business development / Sales intern

We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded intern to strengthen our business development. In this role you'll work directly alongside our co-founder to help find, reach, and manage the clients who bring our ceramic architecture to life.

Who we are: We are Studio RAP, an architecture firm based in the Innovation Dock in Rotterdam. We combine computational design with our own fabrication methods to create highly expressive, 3D-printed ceramic architecture. We design and produce facades for high-end hospitality, luxury retail brands, and project developers. In our studio, our team works directly alongside industrial robotic arms and a large kiln. We don't just draft buildings; we bring our designs to life right here in the workshop.

What you will do: As our business development intern, you'll work directly with our co-founder Wessel to help execute our sales and outreach strategy. Guided by our team, you'll take on:

• Building and maintaining a named target list of high-end prospects — luxury retail brands, hospitality developers, and architecture firms.
• Researching prospects and their decision-makers, and preparing personalised outreach on LinkedIn and by email.
• Managing our pipeline/CRM so every lead is followed up and nothing goes cold.
• Coordinating and tracking our sample shipments — from box sent, to call booked, to pitch.
• Helping prepare pitches, proposals, and meeting preparation for prospective clients.
• Qualifying incoming leads so we focus on the right design-and-build projects.

What you bring:

• A genuine interest in sales / business development and a commercial, hands-on mindset.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Strong organisation and comfort with CRM and outreach tools.
• A real interest in architecture, design, and high-end brands.
