At Pandora, consumer understanding sits at the heart of how we build meaningful products and experiences. As Specialist, Portfolio & Innovation Insights, you will play a key role in uncovering consumer needs, identifying innovation opportunities, and generating actionable insights that support portfolio decisions and product development.
Working closely with Product and cross-functional Consumer Insights teams, you will support the development of collections, innovation concepts, and portfolio strategies that reflect consumer needs and drive long-term business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute concept tests, product tests, claim tests, and innovation research programs.
- Identify consumer needs, motivations, and opportunity areas that can inspire product development.
- Support the integration of consumer understanding throughout the product development process.
- Connect insights across multiple sources to identify patterns, opportunities, and implications for the business.
- Support stakeholder workshops and insight activation sessions.
- Coordinate research partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of research quality, rigor, and consumer centricity.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

2-5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Product Research, Innovation Research, or a related field.

Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Experience conducting concept, product, and innovation research.

Ability to translate consumer understanding into actionable business recommendations.

Strong analytical thinking, insight synthesis, and storytelling skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluent in English and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

You will join Pandora's Consumer Insights function, sitting in Marketing. Together, we help shape Pandora's future portfolio by ensuring consumer understanding informs key decisions, from early-stage innovation to product optimization and collection development.
