Do you want to help shape the future of AI-enabled operations across Falck Europe? Can you turn AI opportunities into practical, well-governed workflows that make everyday work more robust and cost-efficient? And are you ready to work hands-on with prompting, automation and AI tools in a highly collaborative environment? Then you could be our new AI Operator.
About the job
To help Falck Europe continuously improve how we work, we are looking for an AI Operator to join our Digital Delivery Europe team.
In this role, you will help embed AI into our operations ecosystem across systems, data, processes and workflows. You will work closely with colleagues across Falck’s European countries to identify opportunities, test ideas, implement AI-enabled ways of working and make sure solutions are reliable, well documented and aligned with Falck’s global governance and technology standards.
You will work hands-on with AI tools, prompting, workflow design and automation, always within the approved Falck platforms and guardrails. A key part of your role will be to turn what works into reusable skills and hand improvements back to the process owners so they can continue using them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own delivery of Falck Europe’s AI roadmap by implementing and operating initiatives that improve processes and create measurable value.
- Identify, design and run AI-enabled workflows on approved Falck platforms together with the teams that own the processes.
- Pilot new use cases with local teams and help turn successful ideas into scalable and reusable ways of working.
- Maintain clear documentation and governance records to ensure transparency, quality and compliance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and improve AI systems, workflows and pipelines in day-to-day use.
- Work closely with Falck Global AI and Data resources and contribute to relevant communities and centre of excellence activities.
- Escalate risks, limitations or opportunities that require engineering support, new data products or strategic decisions.
About you
We care about your personal growth. At Falck, you will build and deepen your expertise through targeted training, exciting assignments and projects that help us improve how we work and deliver value to the business.
As such, you might not be seasoned in every aspect of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you have:
- Relevant experience working with AI/ML tools, automation platforms or data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI copilots or workflow automation tools.
- Experience monitoring or supporting technical systems and troubleshooting performance issues.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to documentation, governance and follow-up.
- A practical, hands-on approach and an interest in making workflows smarter and more efficient.
- The ability to quickly understand business processes and pain points.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across functions, countries and stakeholders.
- An interest in how AI can be applied in real operations rather than as a theoretical exercise.
It is an advantage if you have experience from a corporate or cross-country environment and if you have worked with core operational processes such as planning, payroll, dispatch or fleet management.
You also bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Certification or formal training in AI/ML tools or automation platforms is an advantage.
What we offer
At Falck, we turn care into action by supporting people, improving processes and building solutions that make a real difference in everyday life. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a growing and highly relevant area where practical AI can create value across countries, teams and processes.
You will join a collaborative environment with colleagues across Europe and globally, where ideas are tested in practice and improvements are shared and scaled. This role is a good fit if you are energised by AI, enjoy staying close to new tools and want to help shape how Falck works with AI in a responsible and practical way.
