Job Description
Are you an experienced IT professional who knows how to connect business and IT, align stakeholders and drive complex, cross-domain initiatives forward? For Payment and Settlement Services (PSS), we are looking for a Senior IT Integrator V who can coordinate large-scale IT initiatives and ensure that teams, stakeholders and dependencies come together to achieve successful delivery.
A significant part of this assignment involves system and infrastructure-related migrations. We are therefore particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence priorities and a proven track record of driving delivery in complex IT environments.
The role
As a Senior IT Integrator V, you act as a strategic bridge between business and IT within PSS. You coordinate complex IT initiatives that span multiple teams, tribes and organizational boundaries, helping ensure that IT solutions are delivered successfully, on time and cost-effectively.
You work closely with a broad range of stakeholders and maintain oversight of dependencies, governance, planning, testing and implementation. You proactively identify obstacles and facilitate their resolution to keep delivery moving forward.
You report to the IT Lead and are grouped in a chapter with a Chapter Lead IT Integrator. You are typically not part of an IT delivery squad but work closely with delivery squads across the organization.
What will you do?
You will receive assignments from the Chapter Lead IT Integrator for cross-domain PSS initiatives and coordinate their implementation together with the relevant business and IT stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
- Defining interdependencies and estimations for features and epics together with stakeholders and translating these into comprehensive IT implementation plans.
- Setting up and coordinating the execution of implementation plans across PSS teams and tribes.
- Defining appropriate project governance structures together with stakeholders.
- Facilitating feature planning, cooperation and delivery between PSS teams.
- Coordinating end-to-end testing and the activation of new IT solutions.
- Driving efficient, effective and timely feature delivery.
- Proactively identifying and helping remove obstacles that could impact delivery.
- Clarifying and agreeing responsibilities for business and IT changes with business representatives.
- Providing regular status reports on IT changes to relevant organizational levels within PSS.
- Producing and maintaining key project artefacts, including implementation plans, governance documents, status reports, deployment runbooks, master test plans and project closure reports. Coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders and organizational dependencies.

Stakeholder management is a key part of this position. You will need to bring different perspectives together, influence priorities and create alignment across business and IT.

Requirements
What you bring
For this senior position, we are particularly looking for someone who can successfully navigate complex IT environments and bring different stakeholders together to achieve results.
You bring:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align different interests and collaborate effectively across business and IT.
- The ability to influence priorities and decision-making across teams and organizational levels.
- A proven track record of driving delivery in complex, cross-domain IT environments, involving multiple teams, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Experience with system and infrastructure-related migrations is highly desirable, as these migrations form a significant part of the assignment.
- Strong knowledge of platform technologies, cloud services and integration patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT landscape and technology relevant to PSS.
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Knowledge of cyber security, data privacy, security and ethics.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and compliance.
- Understanding of capacity management and contribution to business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Demonstrated ability and willingness to share knowledge and present at conferences, seminars or industry events.
Preferred certifications
The following certifications are preferred or relevant to the position:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Agile/Scrum Master certification ITIL Foundation or higher

You are typically not part of an IT delivery squad but work closely with delivery squads to coordinate initiatives and dependencies across PSS.
You will also participate in the IT Integrator community/guild, contributing to consistent ways of working, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Local circumstances and team sizes may affect exact reporting lines and responsibilities. In line with Global Job Architecture guidelines, the position follows a 70% coverage / 30% flexibility principle.

- Competitive salary: €7,499.31–€8,046.53 gross per month, based on a 36-hour working week.
- Contract: Fixed-term contract until 18 December 2026, with the option to extend.
- Working hours: 36 hours per week.
- Additional benefits: Holiday allowance, 13th-month payment and pension.
- Hybrid working: Including travel and home-working allowance. Freelance (ZZP) option: Working as an independent contractor is also possible, with an hourly rate of €100–€115.
