As a Resident Solution Architect, you will partner with clients and internal teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data and analytics solutions using Databricks. You will lead technical implementation, optimize platform performance, and ensure the success of analytics initiatives.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
- Completed Databricks Professional Certification.
- 6–8+ projects delivered on Databricks with hands-on experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, at least one with deep expertise.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data analytics workflows.
- Knowledge of Databricks products and platforms, including Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Photon, MLflow, and Workflows.

- Architect end-to-end data and analytics solutions on Databricks.
- Guide best practices and drive technical excellence.
- Enable modern data platforms that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
