Global Technical Service Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Global Technical Service Manager who will play a key role in supporting our growth within the Coatings & Carriers segment by bridging customers, commercial teams, and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and commercial teams.
• Build long-term technical relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to support business growth.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by identifying market needs and translating them into actionable insights for product development.
• Support customer projects, technical trials, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows.
• Drive technical discussions that support new business opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within the coatings, paints, adhesives, or related chemical industries.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial chemical applications and customer processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and North America.
• Self-driven, independent, and proactive approach to work.
