Project Manager Supply

As a Project Manager Supply within our Services organisation, you will act as a bridge-builder across engineering, operations, suppliers, customers, and project delivery teams. In this global role, you will help transform manufacturing excellence into customer value by coordinating services projects from Kick-Off Meeting through Factory Acceptance Test and final delivery activities. Working in a collaborative environment, you will contribute to an innovation journey focused on performance, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The position supports international activities and includes short-term business travel.

Your Mission

• Lead Services projects from Kick-Off through to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), including shipment follow-up and commissioning activities
• Organise and drive projects, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and adherence to delivery milestones
• Conduct and lead risk assessments while monitoring project costs, timing, and execution performance
• Secure run-off activities, internal qualifications, and readiness for customer acceptance phases
• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and FAT activities with customers, supporting a customer-centric approach through strong communication
• Follow up on shipment, installation, and site activities in close collaboration with global teams and partners

Your Profile

• University degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a related technical field
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD is considered an advantage
• Understanding of the beverage industry, conveying systems, industrial systems, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings and work confidently with engineering terminology
• Growth mindset, resilience, team orientation, and willingness to travel globally for short-term assignments
