Start your career in financial services by joining our Depositary team. You will gain practical exposure to investment funds, learn how different fund structures and strategies operate, and support activities that protect investors and strengthen regulatory oversight.
Why this role is important to us
The Depositary acts as an independent control function responsible for the safekeeping of fund assets, cash - flow monitoring and oversight of investment fund activities. In this role, you will help the team deliver accurate, timely and well-controlled services while building a strong foundation for your career in fund services.
What you will be responsible for

Support daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping and fund oversight.

Review information and documentation, identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and evidence in line with procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.

Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities and team initiatives.

Develop your knowledge of investment funds, financial markets and depositary regulations through structured training and practical experience. W hat we value

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Curiosity, ownership and a strong willingness to learn.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A university degree, or ongoing studies, in finance, economics, accounting, business or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications

An interest in financial markets and investment funds.

Basic knowledge of UCITS V, AIFMD or the role of a depositary.

Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL or Xceptor . Minimum Salary:
zł60,000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
