Your responsibilities will include…* Designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge backend solutions using modern Python technologies.

• Contributing to the creation and implementation of innovative Edge Computing and cloud-based solutions.
• Working with complex distributed systems, high-performance architectures, and demanding technical requirements.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, and fellow developers to transform business needs into technical solutions.
• Providing technical mentoring, guidance, and support to team members whenever needed.
• Driving continuous improvements in software quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participating actively in Agile ceremonies as part of a highly collaborative Scrum team.
• Evaluating requirements, proposing technical approaches, and influencing architectural decisions.
• Working with modern CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Promoting engineering best practices, code quality standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

We're looking for a Senior Python Backend Engineer who...* Has 8+ years of professional experience developing backend solutions in Python.

• Demonstrates strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using FastAPI.
• Has hands-on experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Is highly proficient with SQLAlchemy and database-driven application development.
• Has a solid testing mindset, with practical experience implementing automated tests using pytest and other testing frameworks.
• Is experienced with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab, enabling reliable and automated deployments.
• Possesses a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, with practical experience working with AWS services.
• Is comfortable working with containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Writes clean, maintainable, and production-ready code, actively promoting engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
• Thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating effectively with developers, architects, product owners, and international stakeholders.
• Has excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster knowledge sharing and engineering excellence within the team.
• Is passionate about technology, continuously learning new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Is fluent in English (mandatory).

Educational Background* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with AWS container and serverless services.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes administration and deployment strategies.

• Exposure to microservices architectures and event-driven systems.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
