Senior UX Designer
Are you experienced in driving design processes and turning insights into concepts and solutions that create real value? Do you thrive at the intersection of business, design, and technology?
Then you might be our new Senior UX Designer.
Your role
As a Senior UX Designer at twoday, you will play a key role in defining direction, ambitions, and opportunities in projects where challenges are often complex, stakeholders are many, and the right solution is not always obvious from the start.
You will plan and facilitate design processes, workshops, and collaborative sessions, using a combination of proven UX methods, data, and AI-powered tools to create insights, establish direction, and drive progress.
With strong communication skills and a structured approach, you create clarity and confidence around complex decisions and help turn them into clear, well-founded recommendations.
Working across disciplines comes naturally to you. You know when and how to involve the right stakeholders to create alignment, make decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
You use prototypes to bring ideas and concepts to life, test assumptions, and validate solutions. From there, you collaborate closely with other designers and developers to turn concepts into high-quality digital experiences.
What you will do
In this role, you will:
- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover user and business needs
- Actively use AI for analysis, synthesis, exploration, and hypothesis development
- Map customer journeys and service flows across channels, touchpoints, and systems
- Facilitate ideation and help define strategic direction and digital concepts
- Translate concepts into user flows, prototypes, and design deliverables ready for validation and development
- Work confidently in Figma using design systems, components, and established design patterns
- Use tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or Cursor for rapid prototyping to accelerate learning, validation, and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with customers, designers, developers, and other specialists throughout the design and delivery process
What we are looking for
We imagine that you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience from an agency, consultancy, or similar environment
- Work methodically and systematically without compromising speed or quality
- Take ownership and collaborate closely with customers and colleagues across disciplines and interests
- Can translate strategy, insights, business needs, and technical requirements into clear recommendations and design decisions
- Are an experienced Figma user and know how to turn ideas into tangible, high-quality deliverables
- Are comfortable facilitating workshops and navigating projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experiment with and actively use AI as a natural part of your UX and design work
- Are curious about new technologies and how they can improve both the design process and the experiences we create

What can we offer?
twoday is located in modern offices in 30 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We have a strong and unique social environment with highly engaged employees. You will also have the flexibility to "jump" and work from one of our headquarters in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Vilnius at times.
Diversity & Inclusion
Are you not meeting all the requirements listed? Studies have shown that women and other minority groups are less likely to apply for a job if they don't meet every qualification. We're dedicated to build a workplace of diversity and inclusion. If you are excited about this role but your previous experience does not match the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
