Reporting to the Brand Creative Director.
You will lead the strategic and hands-on development of Key Art, visual brand identities, design systems, and channel executions supporting the Battlefield Live Service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, in collaboration with the Creative Director and Marketing Director, memorable and comprehensive brand visual identity systems that extend the Battlefield visual world across player touchpoints, including in-game, live services, partnerships and beyond.
- Develop Key Art concepts and sketches, establishing directions to be taken through development and final execution internally or with external agency partners.
- Direct external agencies from brief through final delivery, providing clear feedback and maintaining the creative intent and quality of the work throughout production.
- Present and sell through creative concepts and design direction, both visually and verbally, to partners.
- Interpret creative feedback into an iterative design process.
- Create brand toolkits, brief partner teams on these guidelines, and meet consistency and quality benchmarks in execution.
- Lead junior team members through the creative process.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of design experience.
- Experience creating for global brands in digital, print and environmental channels with a scope in creating brand design systems.
- Experience directing team members, external agencies and production partners, with the ability to set clear creative direction, evaluate work and provide feedback.
- Knowledge and hands-on skills on all aspects of brand identity, including typography, iconography, illustration, photography, visual language and messaging.
- Experience taking creative ideas from early concept through production across paid, owned and retail channels.
