Role Overview:
Provide commercial and pricing leadership across JLL's EMEA REMS business, supporting both EMEA Work Dynamics and UK Property Asset Management operations.
For Work Dynamics, you'll partner with the EMEA sales team to win profitable business across Portfolio Service lines including Transaction Management, Strategic Consulting, PDS, LA, and OP.
For PAM, you'll combine strategic pricing support for new opportunities with commercial oversight of existing portfolio contracts. Working alongside Contract Directors, Sales teams, and regional stakeholders, you'll optimize pricing models, drive margin improvement, minimize scope creep, and deliver innovative commercial solutions across multiple service lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are expected within this role:
Pricing Management (PAM Focus - 50%)
Commercial responsibility in partnership with Contract Leads on core PAM portfolio contracts, driving clear financial upside through improved margins and scope management.
Ensure all income streams have signed/agreed contracts and maintain accurate records on the contract database.
Development of Client Insight reporting to identify and track commercial profit-improvement opportunities on key accounts.
Work with contract leads to crystallize commercial profit-improvement targets and embed processes that minimize scope creep across the PAM portfolio.
Ownership and development of the PAM Pricing Model with support from central commercial business partners.
Customer-facing role providing pricing and contract agreement support alongside central functions (e.g., legal) for renewals and new opportunities.
Pricing Management (Work Dynamics Focus - 50%)
Manage end-to-end pricing responses for RFIs/RFPs across EMEA Work Dynamics business lines (Facilities Management, Projects, Transaction Management, Strategic Consulting, Lease Administration).
Use JLL Global Pricing models to provide pricing for client RFPs across all Work Dynamics business lines and products.
Review, understand and complete client pricing requirements.
Review and understand the commercial, risk and revenue recognition elements of deals.
Developing commercial models and pricing strategies through scenario modelling to simulate outcomes and support Sales and business decision making.
Deal scenario modelling as required and production of deal P&Ls for Contract Review Board.
Support Sales Leads in preparing for and presenting at Regional or Global Commercial Review Board (CRB) reviews, covering P&L, cash flow, savings, and commercial risks.
Skills
Strong Excel skills required – ability to build sophisticated pricing models.
Financial acumen and experience with data analysis, data cleansing, data modelling, and pricing analysis.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a large matrix organization and establish credibility and influence.
Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking Skills - ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources into meaningful, action-oriented recommendations.
Strong Communication Skills - develop and sustain close working relationships with key stakeholders. Able to argue and defend analysis and the implications of it to all levels of the organization.
Results Driven - ability to design studies to address questions or business problems. Self-motivated and organised to successfully complete work projects. Attentive to details. Expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high quality deliverables.
Customer-facing experience with ability to present to executive leadership.
Competencies

Ability to develop creative pricing/financial models that can adapt to the changing requirements.
Strong Excel skills and high knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Provides support and guidance to colleagues.

Identifies issues, gathers facts, and resolves operational problems.
Experience
Prior commercial experience partnering with a multi-service business is a must.
Previous experience in Pricing and Commercial modelling on complex outsourcing contracts, ideally within the CRE industry will be considered an advantage.
Experience of pricing complex/long term commercial arrangements.
Customer-facing experience.
Ideally accounting or legal background.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on Maths, Statistics, Finance.
Accounting qualification would be beneficial.
