Your new responsibilities
- Concept development and implementation of optical detectors with focus on high-speed optical data-communication
- TCAD device- and process simulations
- Layout definition of device test structures
- Process integration of photodetector in silicon process technologies
- Electro- optical measurements and selection of optical detectors, including high speed measurements
- Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas
- Act as a technical lead in development projects
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in optical semiconductor sensor development, preferably with knowledge of high-speed photo detectors
- Sound knowledge of silicon device- and process technology. Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage
- Experience in wafer level electro- optical measurements
- Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation
- Willingness and ability to work in a team and to lead a project team as technical lead
- Master of science (or higher) in Physics, Microelectronics, or similar studies
- Proficiency of English language
