About the role

As a Product Owner/Scrum Master, you will play a dual role in shaping the future of climate control systems. Your strong technical background will enable you to manage the product backlog effectively, align priorities with business goals, and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions. Simultaneously, your Scrum Master skills will help facilitate team processes, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative Agile environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the product backlog for climate control systems

Align product goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)

Remove impediments and foster a high-performing Agile team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with a unique blend of technical and Agile leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in technical domains, preferably climate control or embedded systems
• Experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes and team collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and embedded systems
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
