As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Discover the Role As a Senior RTR Specialist at TMF Group, you will play an important role in the finance and accounting function of the organization. You will be responsible for a variety of R2R (GL) tasks and will support the R2R process in delivering high‑quality services to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory standards. You will provide guidance to R2R team members and support the implementation of new systems. Tasks include tracking significant deviations and preparing variance analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure bookkeeping complies with group accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality financial data
- Review month‑end closing entries (e.g., fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, IFRS adjustments)
- Perform accounts reviews and reconciliations
- Ensure an efficient periodend closing process
- Ensure compliance with IFRS
- Review monthly financial reports and ensure submission in accordance with group reporting deadlines
- Prepare monthly variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations
- Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Automate data preparation and report creation where possible
- Provide guidance to team members
- Develop and coach team members and provide supervision for selected activitie
- Identify and resolve problems or unexpected events arising during work
- Support Supervisor by preparing ad-hoc reports
Support Internal and External Audits
Key Requirements competencies and Skills
- Advanced financial accounting, including a deep understanding of IFRS and complex financial transactions
- MS Office knowledge – very good Excel skills
- Complex reconciliation – ability to handle complex reconciliations and identify discrepancies
- Experience in coordinating or supporting internal and external audits
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of managing financial projects, implementing new systems, and driving process changes
experience and Qualifications
- University/College degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of accounting rules
- Good knowledge of modern accounting practices
- Experience with process documentation is an asset
